Widnell Ltd. and associate partner Currie & Brown (India ) are jointly providing a cost monitoring consultancy service for the Huawei Technologies HTIPL Campus at Bangalore, India.

The HTIPL Campus will form a high tech research centre in Bangalore, India and the project comprises one 6 storey IT Building, one 4 storey multi-level Carpark, one 2 storey Cafeteria, one 7 storey Studio Apartment and one 8 storey single and double bed Apartment Building with a total area of 72 400m2.

The scope of service includes providing cost, procurement and contract administration advice including vetting the project cost plan and tender documents submitted by the Management Contractor, advising on the tender rates and qualifications submitted by tenderers, assessments of variations and contractual claims and settlement of the final account.
