Candidates should be:
- Holder of Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Four or more years relevant working experience.

- Holder of Technical Institute Diploma in Building Studies or better.

SHANGHAI OFFICE

SENIOR QS MANAGER (Updated 1st June 2008)
We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join the management team of our busy Shanghai practice.  
You will work closely with the Shanghai Director and Deputy Director and be responsible for leading a sizeable team of local QS’s working on pre and post contract services on a wide range of projects.  This is a key position within the local practice and the business overall. 
Candidates should possess the following qualities:
- Age 30 - 40
- High quality communication skills
- Computer literate
- Previous experience of QS consultancy services
- Post qualification experience (MRICS preferred)
- Proven analytical estimating and documentation skills
- Contract administration skills
- Team management skills
- Fluent spoken and written English and Putonghua.

Your role will be working as middle management, organizing and leading a team of local QS’s, liaising with our clients and reporting at a senior level within the office.  This position provides a fast track to promotion for successful applicants.

- Proven technical ability
- Computer literate
- Relevant QS degree
- Good communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English and Putonghua.

BEIJING OFFICE
